BEEF DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

• Recommended for smaller families with 1-2 adults and two children
• It will take up to half of a small chest freezer or 25% of a small upright freezer (14 cu. ft)
• The cuts will "usually" consist of

                  -25% steaks

                  -35% Roasts and misc. cuts (stew meat and short ribs)

                  -40% Ground beef

• This will be about 180 lbs hanging weight (weight of the carcass before processing) and about 100 lbs of processed beef.

• Recommended for large families (or meat eaters) with 2 adults and multiple kids).
• It will take up to 50% of a large upright freezer (20 cu.ft)
• This will be about 375 lbs of hanging weight (weight of carcass before processing) and about 200 lbs of processed beef.

• Recommended for large families, or special occassions (even split with a friend).
• This will take up most of a 20 cu. ft freezer.
• Our goal is to get to as close to 750 lbs of hanging weight (weight of carcass before processing) and about 400-450 lbs of processed beef.

Hanging weight is the weight of the cow carcass after slaughter.  You will usually get 60% of the hanging weight as final product
